Telegram CRM integration
Every conversation lands in the customer record.
Telegram CRM integration turns every chat enquiry into a usable CRM record: the bot matches the contact, fills the required fields, assigns a manager and avoids duplicate leads. No copy-and-paste and no enquiries lost in someone’s personal chat.
What Telegram CRM integration includes
Enquiry steps and fields
We map the enquiry stages and decide what the bot asks, which details are optional and what your team needs to act straight away.
Matching contacts
We review your CRM fields and API and agree how the bot recognises an existing customer, which fields it fills and what counts as a duplicate.
Assignment and status updates
We route enquiries to the right person or team and decide which status updates customers receive, with clear rules for looking up their records.
Checks and failures
We check that every record is written and plan for CRM downtime: retries, alerts to staff and a list of enquiries that need attention.
What you get
- A table of which bot field goes to which CRM field, and rules for matching customers.
- A working enquiry flow with assignment to managers and notifications.
- Integration test results and a short guide to handling failed enquiries.
What this can look like
A prospect asks for a consultation in the bot. The bot collects the details, checks whether the person is already a customer, creates or updates the right CRM record and notifies the responsible salesperson.
Who it suits
A good fit
- Sales and service teams that receive enquiries in Telegram and copy them into the CRM by hand.
- Businesses losing enquiries because nobody is clearly responsible for a Telegram chat.
- Companies using a CRM with an API, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
Not the right fit
- A CRM with no API or integration options: we check this first and suggest an alternative, such as a scheduled export.
- Very few enquiries a month: a manual routine or a simple notification may be enough.
From the first brief to enquiries in your CRM
Each stage ends with something you can check before we continue.
Brief
We map how Telegram enquiries are handled today, which CRM you use and which fields and stages matter.
Conversation design
We agree the bot’s questions, matching rules, duplicates policy and who receives each enquiry.
Build and connect
We build the bot and the integration and test them on real cases: new customers, repeat enquiries and CRM downtime.
Launch and review
We launch, watch the first enquiries together with your team and adjust fields and routing where needed.
What we need from you
Access to your CRM (a test account or sandbox is ideal), a list of the fields and pipeline stages you use, a few recent Telegram enquiries and the name of the person who decides how enquiries are assigned.
If managers answer Telegram from their personal accounts today, tell us. Moving those chats to a shared bot is often the first fix.
A bot can only write to people who have started a chat with it, and Telegram limits how many messages bots send. We design notifications and status updates within those limits, so the bot isn’t blocked.
Built-in connector, integration platform or a custom bot
There are several ways to connect Telegram to a CRM. The right one depends on how much control you need over the conversation and the data.
Built-in Telegram channel in the CRM
Some CRMs, such as Kommo or Zoho CRM, can show Telegram chats in the customer card. Good if you just need the conversation in one place; there is little control over fields and the dialogue.
Integration platform
A bot sends each enquiry to HubSpot, Pipedrive or another CRM through Make or Zapier. Quick to set up, but weak at matching contacts and preventing duplicates.
Custom bot with API integration
Full control: the dialogue, required fields, checks, matching, routing to managers and status updates back to the customer.
Two-way updates
When a deal moves to a new stage in the CRM, the customer receives a message in Telegram. This needs clear templates and agreed rules on what is sent.
What affects the cost of connecting Telegram to a CRM
The bot itself is usually the smaller part. Most of the effort is in the data rules.
Your CRM and its API
HubSpot and Pipedrive have well-documented APIs. Self-hosted or heavily customised systems take more work to connect.
Number of scenarios
A new enquiry, a repeat customer, a support request and a status question are separate flows.
Matching and duplicate rules
How the bot recognises an existing customer by phone, email or Telegram ID, and what it does when the data conflicts.
Routing
Assignment by region, product, language, workload or working hours.
Two-way sync and notifications
Updates from the CRM back to Telegram and alerts to managers when an enquiry waits too long.

Telegram CRM integration: common questions
Can you integrate with our specific CRM?
Usually yes. We check its API, access and limits before confirming, and state which records and actions the integration will cover.
What if the same person sends several enquiries?
We agree matching and duplicate rules with your sales team. The bot keeps the history of each enquiry and decides whether to update an existing contact or create a new deal.
Do you work with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo or Zoho CRM?
Yes, and with other CRMs that have an API. Each has its own limits on fields, webhooks and request volume, so we check your account and plan before confirming what the integration will do.
How is the cost of connecting Telegram to a CRM calculated?
From your CRM and its API, the number of scenarios, matching and routing rules and whether updates go both ways. We quote cost and timing in EUR after the brief.
Will managers reply from Telegram or from the CRM?
Either, depending on your CRM. Many CRMs can show the Telegram chat inside the customer card; if not, we agree a simple routine so replies don’t get lost.
