Phone with a chat window and a paper plane: Telegram Mini App development
TELEGRAM / MINI APP DEVELOPMENT

Telegram Mini App development
A full app right inside Telegram.

Telegram Mini App development gives catalogues, customer accounts, bookings and orders a full web interface that opens inside Telegram without installing anything, linked to your bot and the business systems behind your service.

WHAT WE DO

What Telegram Mini App development includes

01

Catalogues and customer accounts

Products, service information, requests and statuses in a clear interface that works with your real processes.

02

Bookings and requests

We plan the full booking or request flow, with checks, confirmations and a responsible person for cases that can’t be completed automatically.

03

Sign-in, backend and integrations

We verify the user’s Telegram identity on the server and agree account linking, API access and permissions.

04

Payments and Telegram rules

The payment method depends on what you sell and Telegram’s rules. We agree it before development, along with device testing and what happens when an action fails.

What you get

  • A map of the user flow, the screens and the backend requirements.
  • A working Mini App connected to your bot and the systems agreed.
  • Configuration notes and operating instructions for your team.
EXAMPLE TASK

What this can look like

A beauty salon takes bookings through its Telegram channel. A Mini App shows services, free time slots and specialists, confirms the booking and sends a reminder, while the salon’s booking system stays the single source of the schedule.

IS IT A FIT

Who a Telegram Mini App is for

A good fit

  • Businesses whose customers are in Telegram and need more than buttons: catalogues, accounts, bookings, forms.
  • Services that want an app-like experience without asking users to install anything.
  • Games, loyalty programmes and promotions that live inside a Telegram channel or bot.

Not the right fit

  • Simple flows with a few questions and buttons: a Telegram bot is enough and cheaper.
  • An audience that doesn’t use Telegram. A website or a regular app will reach those people better.
HOW WE WORK

From the first brief to a Mini App people use

Each stage ends with something you can check before we continue.

01

Brief

We agree the user task, entry points from your bot or channel and the systems the Mini App works with.

02

Screen design

Clickable screens of the main flow, checked on different phones and with a few real users.

03

Build and connect

We build the Mini App and backend, connect your systems and test sign-in, payments and failure cases.

04

Launch and review

Launch through your bot or channel, a review of the first weeks of use and an agreed support plan.

BEFORE WE START

What we need from you

A description of the customer task, your bot or channel (or plans for one), access to the systems the Mini App must connect to, brand materials and a person who approves screens and texts.

If you already have a website or an app, tell us: a Mini App can often reuse the same backend and parts of the interface.

Telegram’s rules

Telegram sets the rules for Mini Apps and payments, including Telegram Stars for digital goods, and updates them regularly. We check the current rules for your case before development, not after launch.

FORMAT

Mini App, bot, mobile app or website: what to choose

A Telegram Web App is not always the answer. Here is how the options compare.

Telegram bot

Dialogues, notifications and simple forms with buttons. Enough when the user answers a few questions or picks from a short list.

Telegram Mini App

A full interface inside Telegram: catalogues, accounts, calendars, multi-step forms. No installation, sign-in through Telegram, updates reach everyone at once.

Mobile app

When you need offline work, deep use of the phone’s hardware or an audience that doesn’t use Telegram.

Website

When people find you through search. A Mini App and a website can share one backend, so the work isn’t done twice.

COST

What affects the cost of a Telegram Mini App

We quote after the brief, once the screens and connections are clear.

01

Screens and roles

A booking flow for customers is one thing; adding a staff view and an admin panel makes it three.

02

Backend

A new server side, or connecting to an API you already have for your website or app.

03

Payments

Payment providers for physical goods and services, Telegram Stars for digital products, refunds and receipts.

04

Integrations

Your CRM, booking system, online store or loyalty programme.

05

Design and testing

Light and dark Telegram themes, different phone sizes and Telegram on desktop.

FAQ

Telegram Mini Apps: common questions

Is a bot enough for our task?

For a simple request with a few questions, often yes. A Mini App makes sense when users need a richer interface, a catalogue or a multi-step service.

Can the Mini App include a game?

Yes, a game can run as a Mini App. Game design, art and backend are planned in our game development service, built by Maxarium, a separate development company.

Can a Mini App work in several languages?

Yes. We agree the languages at the start and prepare texts for each. The bot can use the language set in the user’s Telegram or let them choose.

How is the cost of a Telegram Mini App calculated?

From the screens and roles, the backend, payments, integrations and design. We quote cost and timing in EUR after the brief.

Does a Mini App work on all phones?

It runs inside the Telegram app on iOS and Android and in Telegram on desktop. We test on the devices your customers use most.

Do users need to register?

Usually not. The Mini App receives the user’s Telegram identity, which the server verifies, so people start without a password. If they also have an account on your website, we agree how the two are linked.
