AI consulting services
A second opinion before you spend on development.
Get an outside view before you pay for development. Our AI consulting services look at your process, data and tools in one session or a short series and end with a written recommendation: where AI helps, where a simpler fix works better and what a first pilot should prove, even if the answer is “you don’t need us”.
What our AI consulting services cover
The process behind the problem.
AI and workflow opportunities
Recurring tasks, information, review and exceptions.
Website and customer journey
The offer, search demand and what happens after an enquiry.
Product and system scope
User journeys, data and a sensible first release.
Leave with a clearer decision
Workflow map
People, tools, inputs and manual steps.
Recommendations
Build versus configure, dependencies and a first scope.
Pilot brief
A defined result, acceptance criteria and a measurement plan.
A real example
beats a long tool list
Bring a description of the process, tools and a non-confidential example. Explain what takes time, what goes wrong and who is responsible for the result.
We agree the format and what you’ll receive before the consultation, and quote the cost up front.
Request a consultationFor decisions you don’t want to get wrong
A consultation helps when the task is clear but the solution isn’t, or when there are several solutions and it’s unclear which one to choose.
Before you order development
You have an idea for a system, a bot or an AI tool and want an outside view of the scope, the risks and simpler options.
When a process eats time
Your team spends hours on routine work, and you want to know which part to automate first.
When choosing between options
Build or buy, one platform or another, AI or plain rules: you need a reasoned comparison, not a sales pitch.
After an attempt that didn’t work
An automation or website project didn’t deliver, and you want to understand why before trying again.
From your example to a specific next step
The format depends on the task: a single session or a short series of meetings with written results. No long preparation is needed: describe the situation in your own words.
Request
You describe the situation in the brief or on Telegram. We ask questions and suggest a format.
Preparation
We study what you send: the process description, examples and the tools you use now.
Session
We go through the process together: where time is lost, where errors appear and what can be simplified or automated.
Written summary
A workflow map, recommendations with reasons and, where it makes sense, a pilot brief with acceptance criteria.
Next step
You can act on the recommendations with your own team, another contractor or us. The decision is yours.
What a consultation
is not
It isn’t a sales meeting for our development services. If your team can do this with the tools you already have, we’ll tell you.
To make the session worthwhile, we need one example of the process, with confidential details removed, and a person who can make decisions about it.
We don’t give ready answers without seeing your process, and we don’t recommend tools we haven’t checked against your task.
AI readiness assessment: what we check before recommending a pilot
The task
Does it repeat often enough, follow recognisable patterns and have a result someone can judge?
The data
Do examples exist, can they be accessed, and are they good enough to test on?
The people
Who owns the process, who will review AI output during a pilot, and do they have the time?
Rules and risk
Which data may go to external services, what a mistake would cost and where a person must approve.
The economics
How much time and money the process costs now, so the pilot has a real baseline to compare against.
Business process consulting comes first, AI second
Many problems that look like a case for AI are process problems: a missing form field, an approval that waits for one person, data typed into two systems. We map the workflow first, and often the best first step is a rule, an integration or a clearer handover, which costs less than any AI project. When AI is the right tool, the pilot runs as AI workflow automation or one of our AI solutions for business; for approvals and handovers without AI, see business process automation.
When choosing an AI consultant, ask whether they resell a particular tool, what written result you will receive and whether they have ever told a client not to build. A useful consultation leaves you able to decide on your own.

What a written result looks like, using our own enquiry process as the example.
How a request moves today
A brief is sent on the website → it is saved in the admin panel with a status → the team gets a Telegram and email notification → a person replies within 24 hours.
No AI needed at this volume
Rules and notifications are enough. A hidden field filters out bots instead of a captcha, so real visitors are not slowed down.
What the change must prove
Result: no request waits more than 24 hours for a reply.
Check: every request in the admin panel has a status, and none stays new for longer than a day.

Questions before you start
Can you review a proposal from another contractor?
Yes. We check the scope, the assumptions about your data and process, the risks and what the proposal leaves out, and suggest questions to ask before you sign.
What if the consultation shows we don’t need AI?
That is a useful result too: you don’t spend money on development that would not pay off. The written summary says what to do instead: change the process, set up the tools you already have, or postpone the task until the data exists.
Is a consultation useful if we have no data yet?
Yes. We can define what data the first pilot needs, how to start collecting it and which steps can be improved before any AI is involved.
What do we get after the consultation?
A written summary: the workflow map, recommendations with the reasons behind them and the next step. If a pilot makes sense, we add a brief with acceptance criteria.
Do we have to order development from you afterwards?
No. The recommendations are written so that your own team or another contractor can act on them.
Can you advise on SEO, websites or apps, not only AI?
Yes. We look at the task as a whole: the website and the customer journey, the product scope, data and automation.
How is a consultation priced?
It depends on the format and how much preparation your process needs. We quote in EUR before the consultation.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours of your message or brief, with questions and a suggested first step.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Russian. The written summary comes in the language of the session.
- Since 2006
- Written scope before work starts
- One contact person
- Reply within 24 hours
Which process should we look at first?
Describe the task and give one example. We’ll reply with questions and suggest a format.
The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
