How we handle your data.

What we collect

When you send the project brief, we receive what you enter: your name or project, a contact (email or Telegram), the service you chose and the task description. If you fill in the optional fields, we also receive what you already use and the result you want. The form also records the page it was sent from and the site language. To protect the form from spam, we also store your browser type and a one-way coded version of your IP address; the address itself is not kept.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and discuss your project. We do not add your contact to mailing lists or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in the website’s admin panel, which only the Monetizator team can access. A copy of a request may be forwarded to the team’s email or Telegram so we can reply sooner.

Calculators and tools

The calculators and the content brief builder work in your browser: what you enter there is not sent to us. Downloaded files are created on your device. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard and may ask for permission.

Advertising, analytics and payments

This website does not use advertising pixels, newsletter sign-ups, payments or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages. We will update this notice before adding any of these.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for up to 12 months after our last contact about it. After that, it is deleted automatically.

Your rights and deleting your request

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted: email [email protected]. We’ll confirm once it’s done. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

What not to send

Please do not include passwords, access keys or confidential data in the brief. If we need access to a system, we will agree a safe way to share it.
