Telegram bot course
From a command to a complete dialogue.
A project-based course on how Telegram bots work. You design a small enquiry or task bot, learn how it keeps track of a conversation and connect it to a spreadsheet or CRM before planning more complex features.
We’ll agree the tools, format, dates and terms with you in advance.
What you’ll learn
Bot API and the Telegram experience
Learn how commands, messages and updates work, decide what the bot is for and choose what suits a chat.
Dialogue state and input validation
Map the conversation steps, the data the bot keeps and how a user can go back or start again, and practise checking what users type.
Storage and business connections
Store the bot’s data, connect it to another tool and decide who may see and change each record.
Deployment, tests and administration
Learn who owns the bot, where it runs and how to hand it over, with a checklist for testing and updates.
You’ll finish with something real
- A conversation map and a small working bot.
- A simple data structure and a connection to another tool.
- Test cases and notes on running and updating the bot.
Example project
The learning project collects a request, checks required fields and prepares a staff notification. Learners then test repeated messages, interrupted conversations and the rules for viewing the submitted record.
Telegram bot course: common questions
Will the programme cover AI bots or Mini Apps?
The course is built around a complete conventional bot. AI and Mini Apps can follow as optional extensions once you understand dialogue, data and deployment; the final modules are not fixed yet.
Can we arrange training around our team’s bot idea?
Yes. Describe your bot idea and your team’s current skills in a brief. We’ll confirm availability, tools, prerequisites and the course content before anything starts.
