We’ll agree the tools, format, dates and terms with you in advance.

COURSE OUTLINE

What you’ll learn

01

Map the task before choosing tools

Write down what goes in, what comes out, who is responsible and which steps are manual. Then decide where simple rules are enough and where AI helps.

02

Create structured model outputs

Practise instructions, examples and output formats on non-confidential samples, and learn to tell a convincing answer from a correct one.

03

Connect steps and design review

Learn what APIs and webhooks do, connect two tools and add checks, retries and a step where a person approves the result.

04

Evaluate and explain the workflow

Test the workflow on real-looking examples, see how much checking it still needs and write down what it does, what can fail and who looks after it.

YOUR LEARNING PROJECT

You’ll finish with something real

  • A map of one process and a small working automation.
  • A checklist and a set of test examples.
  • A short handover note: access, exceptions and who maintains it.
IN PRACTICE

Example project

The learner designs a sample enquiry workflow: interpret a request, produce structured fields, validate required information and prepare a review step before a record moves into a business tool.
