AI chatbot development
Answers customers trust, and a handover your team controls.
We are an AI chatbot development company for businesses that want a website or support bot customers can rely on. The bot answers from your approved content, collects the details your team needs and hands the conversation to a person when it should. We plan what it may say, test it on real customer questions and connect it to your CRM or helpdesk.
What custom AI chatbot development includes
Questions and handover
We collect the questions customers really ask and decide where the bot answers, where it collects details and where a person takes over.
Approved answers
We prepare the product and help content the bot answers from, then test it on real questions, missing details and recent changes to your offer.
Website and CRM
We add the chat to your website and send each enquiry to your CRM or helpdesk with the conversation attached, without duplicate contacts.
Review after launch
We review failed conversations and handovers regularly, and agree who updates the content when your offer changes.
What you get at launch
- A map of the main conversations, what the bot may answer and when it hands over to a person.
- A working chatbot on your website, connected to your CRM or helpdesk.
- A set of test questions, simple quality checks and instructions for updating the content.
Scripted bot or AI chatbot: what is the difference
A scripted bot offers buttons and fixed answers. It suits a short menu, and anything outside the script ends in “I didn’t understand”.
An AI chatbot understands questions in the customer’s own words and answers from your help pages and policies. The price of that freedom is control: it must know where its knowledge ends, which topics go to a person and what it must never promise. Most of the work on a custom AI chatbot goes into those limits. Often the best setup is a mix: buttons for common routes, AI for free questions, a person for money and complaints.
An AI chatbot for your website that brings enquiries, not just answers
On a website the bot answers questions and, when there is genuine interest, turns the conversation into an enquiry. We plan:
- which pages it appears on and how it opens, so it helps rather than interrupts;
- the two or three questions it asks before passing an enquiry on;
- where the enquiry goes, with the conversation attached and no duplicate contacts;
- what visitors see outside working hours.
What this can look like
A visitor asks which service fits their project. The chatbot answers from your approved descriptions, asks two or three questions about the task and passes a ready enquiry to the right team.
Who an AI chatbot is for
A good fit
- Companies whose website or inbox gets the same questions every day: services, delivery, availability, how to start.
- Businesses that want enquiries outside working hours to arrive complete, with contact details and the task described.
- Teams with up-to-date help content or product descriptions that the bot can answer from.
Not the right fit
- Questions that need a personal decision each time, such as individual quotes or complaints. A clear form and a fast human reply work better there.
- Companies whose help content is out of date and nobody is ready to maintain it. The bot can only be as accurate as its sources.
What affects the cost of an AI chatbot
We quote cost and timing in EUR once we have seen your questions and content. The main factors:
Your content
Current help pages are a ready base. If answers live in managers’ heads, part of the work is writing them down.
Channels
Each extra channel, such as Telegram, WhatsApp or your helpdesk, adds its own setup and testing.
Integrations
Email delivery is simple; creating CRM deals, checking orders or booking slots needs connections to your systems.
Languages and volume
Each language needs its own test set, and chat volume drives model costs.

How to choose an AI chatbot development company
Ask how the bot behaves when the answer is not in its sources. A good contractor shows the test questions it must refuse or pass on, not only a demo with friendly questions.
Ask who updates the content after launch, and what you will see: failed conversations, handovers, unanswered questions. Without that review, quality drops quietly until a customer complains.
How a chatbot goes from questions to launch
Each stage ends with something you can check before we continue.
Brief and examples
We collect real customer questions, your help content and the handover rules, and agree what a good answer looks like.
Test on real cases
We test the bot on those questions, including ones it should not answer, and fix the content and instructions where it goes wrong.
Pilot in your tools
The chatbot goes live on part of the website or for part of the day, with every handover checked by your team.
Review and next step
We review failed conversations and handovers, update the content and agree how the bot is maintained from then on.
What we need from you
A list of frequent questions (or an export of recent chats and emails), your current help content, the rules for when a person must answer, and access to the website and CRM or helpdesk where enquiries should go.
We also need the person who answers customer questions today. They check the bot’s answers before launch and decide what it should pass to a person.
A bot will sometimes get an answer wrong, so we don’t promise it can handle every question. It answers only from approved content, passes anything uncertain to a person, and confidential data goes only to services your company has approved.
AI chatbot development: common questions
Can the chatbot invent answers?
Any language model can give a confident wrong answer. We limit the bot to approved sources, test it on questions it must not answer and make it hand over when unsure. Reviews of real conversations catch what still slips through.
Can the chatbot use our existing help centre?
Yes, once we check that the content is current and decide which pages are the official source. We also test how the bot answers when the information it needs is missing.
Is this the same as a Telegram AI bot?
The approach to content and testing is the same, but Telegram has its own conversation rules and setup. It is covered by a separate service: Telegram AI bots.
Where can the chatbot work?
On your website, in Telegram or inside the support tool your team already uses. Everywhere it answers from the same approved knowledge base.
Will customers know they are talking to a bot?
Yes. The chatbot introduces itself as an assistant and offers a person whenever the customer asks or the question goes beyond what it may answer.
Can an AI chatbot comply with the GDPR?
Yes, if it is set up for it: a short notice on what the chat collects and why, only the details the enquiry needs, a retention period for conversations and a model provider covered by a data processing agreement. We plan these points with whoever is responsible for data protection on your side; the final call on legal compliance is theirs.
